Mary-Elizabeth Adams trained with Dale Serrano at Dale Serrano Dance Studio for sixteen years as well as served as captain of the Hartselle Tiger Paws Competition Team for three years. She also worked with the Hartselle Performers Show Choir and Girls’ Ensemble  both as a member and as a choreographer for three years. Mary-Elizabeth has served as a choreographer and special events faculty member for Audience of One LLC for 2 years. Since then, she has been a dance major at Troy University, training under artists such as James  L. Boyd III, Dominique Angel and Adrienne Hicks.
